职位描述及要求



汇报对象：总部运营总监

工作职责：
1、根据合理的运输能力及服务质量分析，组织，选择运输分包商。
2、与运营部门协同建立分包商评估，管理体系
3、负责与分包商就价格及服务条款进行谈判
4、结合本地市场环境向运营及项目推荐临时或者长期的分包商。
5、支持，协助运营及项目部处理与分包商之间的问题及争议。
6、就特定的项目进行分包商运营成本的分析
7、负责执行对分包商日常，月度及年度的表现评估
8、执行对分包商的合同管理

要求：
1、大专或以上学历
2、至少5年运输行业内的从业经历
3、熟悉国内运输市场及业内广泛的资源渠道
4、强有力的分析和谈判能力
5、团队合作及良好的沟通技巧
6、英文良好优先（但不是必须条件）
7、适应经常出差（国内）

Report to : Operation director (headquarter)
Job Responsibilities:
1、Source and select trucking subcontractors on appropriate analysis to meet the company requirements for transport capacity and service quality.
2、Create subcontractor assessment methods and performance tracking system together with operation teams.
3、Negotiate with subcontractor on prices and service terms.
4、Support operation and project departments by providing recommendation for temporary or permanent subcontracting service to the local market environment.
5、Assist operation and project team to handle disagreements with subcontractors.
6、Analyze the subcontracting cost on project
7、Responsible for subcontractor’s performance evaluation based on daily， monthly reports
8、Conduct subcontractor’s contract review and management

Basic Requirements:
1、College degree or above.
2、At least 5 years in trucking business.
3、Familiar with domestic transportation market and have good connection in the industry.
4、Strong analytical ability and negotiation skills.
5、Team spirit and good communication skills.
6、Good English is a plus but not necessary.
7、Adapt to the frequent travelling on business
