4A-DH PRODUCTION AND PRE-BREEDING MATERIAL



Location : Changsha

Job ID ( Res3)



RESPONSIBILITIES

-The candidate will have to coordinate the creation and management of plant breeding germplasm as basic material for plant breeders. In particular， he will have to organise:

- the production of DH in rice (the development of protocols to be set up)

- the creation of pre-breeding and populations for genetic studies，

- and the Genebank management (seeds and database)

-participate to collaborative projects (internal + external partnerships)

-format and analyse the data， synthesis and reports







SKILL REQUIREMENT :

-Chinese people，

-Fluent in English is compulsory (read， written and spoken)

-phD in plant biology， plant breeding or related fields

-Significant experience of DH production in rice or other cereals

-good knowledge of rice breeding ，

-Organisation， time management and excellent interpersonal and communication skills for operating in a plural team-oriented environment are essential

- Scientific rigour， analysis and synthesis capacity
