| 3A-PATHOLOGIST Location : Changsha Job ID : Res2 RESPONSIBILITIES : -Develop methods， protocols and tools to evaluate disease resistance in cereals for applied breeding. -Set up routine tests to screen the germplasm in relation with the breeders. -Follow up the pathology tests by being daily involved in practical lab and fieldwork -Bibliography studies and scientific survey in the topics related to pathology. - Participate to collaborative projects (internal or external partnerships) - Communication with the breeders and reinforce the pathology expertise of the company SKILL REQUIREMENT : -Fluent in English is compulsory (read， written， spoken)， -Requires a Ph.D in plant pathology， genetics， plant biology or related field， and a strong understanding of plant breeding. -Experience in rice. -experience with field and laboratory works; skill in collecting and analyzing experimental data; and ability to manage research projects. -Desired skills includes plant diseases diagnostic and investigation.
