2B-GENOTYPING MASTERS (3 people)

Location : Changsha

Job ID (Tech1， Tech2， Tech3)



RESPONSIBILITIES :

-In charge of Genotyping Applied Projects for breeding.

-Collect the samples，

-DNA extractions，

-amplification with molecular marker (SSRs)，

-reading and synthesis of the results (Genotyper， Genemapper)，

-organisation and management of the data

-Optimisation of protocols



SKILL REQUIREMENT :

-Fluent in English is compulsory (read and spoken)

-Master Degree in Molecular Biology with 2 years experience

-Work experience with molecular markers (SSRs， STS， primer design，…)

-Thorough knowledge of the general techniques used in molecular biology .

-Experience with data manipulation and/or database;

-User of Microsoft offices (Word， Excel， Access) and dedicated softwares (ie. Genotyper， Genemapper)，

-Excellent organisation (in the lab and in the data management) and rigor is asked.

-Team worker， autonomy
