长期工作地点:重庆 Responsibilities --To develop strategies and specific plans for international marketing and sales; based on scenario of the market and strategic planning of the company, assist the general manager to decide an overall strategy for international market exploration and sales, as well as to make sales objectives quantified; --To reach the annual international marketing&sales objectives as well as other relative tasks; to participate in important sales negotiations, and to determine the international sales policies and terms; --To make international marketing strategies and plans, and also expand sales channels; --To act as a coordinator between the company and the external relations; to supervise and control the execution of pre-determined marketing&sales strategic plans; --To be responsible for the exploration of oversea markets based on annual objectives of the company; to establish extensive sales channels and oversea sales partners; --To determine international marketing plans for new products of the company; --To be responsible for international sales forecasts, budgets, cost control, etc; -- To collect and summarize information on the international markets, and to maintain good customer relations; --To be responsible for international marketing&sales team-building; --Others Requirements --Good at organizing, administering, coordinating and communicating. Make full advantage of both internal and external resources (academic, product, market, policy, etc) to manage international sales. --With good judgment and analysis capabilities. --With rich experience in market exploration for new products; --With experience in international sales (multiple countries), as well as in management (at least 2-years).Having experience in medical device field is a preferable. Familiar with background and national policies in medical device field.
